Ford (1913-2006), the 38th President of the United States who assumed office upon the resignation of Richard Nixon (Ford later pardoned him for any involvement in the Watergate scandal), also signed by the astronomer Clyde W. Tombaugh (1906-1997), who discovered Pluto on 18th February 1930, also signed by the artist.
