Fine antique signed letter from Prince Michael Feodorovich Romanov (1924-2008), written as a child and with a drawing, to the daughter of Princess Andrew Romanov nee Elisabetta Duchess of Sasso Ruffo (1886-1940), dated 2nd July 1929.

"Dear Betty,

Thank you for the little things which I have received and kiss you strongly. Niuta and C.D. kiss you strongly.

He was born in Paris the only son of Prince Feodor Alexandrovich of Russia and his wife Princess Irina Pavlovna Paley. He was descended from the Romanovs through both his father and his mother. For sometime he worked for the Societé des Parfums of Lucien Lelong, who had been married to his aunt Princess Natalia Paley. In 1949, Prince Michael Feodorovich moved into the film industry.
