Fine antique Concert Programme performed by the Grenadier Guards most likely at St James's Palace, beautifully embossed at the header with the cypher of Prince Albert Edward of Wales. The menu is undated but is May 1876. The performance was in honour of the Prince of Wales's later King Edward VII return from India. Provenance - Amelia Louisa Hudson daughter of John R. Hudson who was Footman to the Prince Consort in 1850s up until the Prince's death in 1861. Amelia and other members of the Hudson family appear to have been minor members of the Royal Household.
