Fine antique photograph showing Queen Mary in her Coronation Robes of a Queen Dowager for the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1937. The photo is signed boldly in black ink at the footer "Queen Mary" and is also signed by the female Society photographer Hay Wrightson favoured by the Royal Family. Further annotated by Queen Mary on the reverse of the photo: "Worn at the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth May 12th 1937". Housed in its original gilt wooden frame with easel strut.
