Fine antique postcard sent from Rome, signed by Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna of Russia, sister of Tsar Nicholas II, addressed to her beloved tutor Ferdinand Thormeyer (1858-1944), written in French and Russian dated 28th December 1908-09 telling him that she is in Rome with little Dmitri whilst her husband has been in Biarritz with the other children, that there is so much to see and understand everything
