Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.
- In such cases, we will arrange return postage and provide a full refund.

Change of Mind
- If returning due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
- Refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.
