Fine and very attractive Italian stationery beautifully decorated and embossed in gold with two coats of arms under a coronet suggesting a dynastic union. the letter is dated simply as Florence 25th October and is addressed to a duchess thanking her for her concern for her husband Charles who is ill and enquiring about the children. It is signed "Antoinette" but I am unable to make out the surname. There is a translation of the letter in the final image.
