Fine antique official document prepared at the Council Chamber at Whitehall dated 26th April 1887 petaling the dates that a Special Form of Prayer prepared by the Archbishop of Canterbury be read in the churches and on what dates in honour of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee, printed at the header with the royal coat of arms and in the presence of the Archbishop, the Lord President, the Marquess of Lothian, the Bishop of London and WH Smith.
