Fine antique royal dinner menu in French prepared for Queen Elizabeth II at Windsor Castle, dated 18th June 1980,June 18th was the Wednesday of Ascot week. According to the official Royal Court Circular, after returning from a day at Ascot, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip hosted a grand formal dinner party at Windsor Castle that evening, which was immediately followed by an elegant reception, beautifully embossed in gold with ERII surmounted by a crown.
