Fine antique signed letter from the second editor of The Fortnightly Review John Morley, 1st Viscount Morley of Blackburn (1838-1923), Liberal Statesman, writer and newspaper editor, dated 24th April 1867 on The Fortnightly Review stationery concerning a contribution to the Review and complaining of his contributor's failure to honour an agreement.
