Rare silver gelatine photo of Prince Felix Yusupov (1887-1967), famous for participating in the murder of Rasputin. The image shows the prince in his youth wearing a highly elaborate Russian Court boyar costume, complete with fur-trimmed kolpak headdress and richly embroidered caftan. Around his neck he wears multiple strands of pearls. The photo has been dated in Russian as "1910" and the location being "London". During this period he was enrolled at Oxford University.
