Rare silver gelatine photo of Prince Felix Yusupov (1887-1967), famous for participating in the murder of Rasputin. The image shows the prince in exile, posed seated before a richly textured backdrop and dressed in a theatrical robe evoking the vestments of a Renaissance cardinal. This image belongs to a small series of stylised portraits created with Morgan during his later life.
