Relief portrait of the Queen in lace veil holding a fan and wearing a crown with the legend in the lower right hand corner "1837 Victoria 1897 'A Queenly Woman A Womanly Queen", the reverse inscribed by Sherwin & Cotton. Housed in a gilt wood frame. No chips or cracks. Accompanied by a newspaper article regarding George Cartlidge.
